Guide Content

Changed your mind?

No problem! If you haven't opened or downloaded the content yet, we are happy to offer a 100% refund within 48 hours of purchase.

Once Accessed

Since these are digital products, please understand that we cannot offer refunds once you have started downloading or streaming the content.

Package Note

The Korea Guide Kit is a special package deal, so we are unable to refund individual items (e.g., cancelling just the video) separately.

Can I use it without an internet connection? (Offline Viewing)

Absolutely! We know data roaming can be tricky. Once you download the content in the Purpleshoes App, you can enjoy the Guidebook and watch the Videos anytime, anywhere—even without Wi-Fi!

Can I use it on multiple devices?

Yes, you can! Just keep in mind the device limits for your plan:

  • Single Item (Guidebook or Video): Up to 2 devices
  • Korea Guide Kit: Up to 3 devices
Do I need to search for the addresses manually?

If you purchase the Korea Guide Kit, the answer is NO! We provide a direct Google Maps link with over 1,500 saved locations, so you can find hidden gems with just one click. No typing needed!

I'm having trouble with the app. How can I get help?

What currency will I be charged in?

All prices are listed and charged in USD. Please check with your bank regarding exchange rates if you are using a non-USD card.

How do I cancel or reschedule my tour?

We know travel plans can shift. You will receive a full refund if you cancel before 9:00 AM (KST) on the day before your tour. You can manage your bookings directly on our website.

  • Where to go: Log in and go to My Page > Orders and Bookings.
  • Note: Cancellations follow our refund policy, and rescheduling is subject to availability on your desired new date.
Late Cancellation

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made after 9:00 AM (KST) on the day before the tour or for no-shows.

Host Cancellation

Your safety is our priority. If we have to cancel the tour due to weather or safety issues, you will, of course, receive a 100% refund.

I need to change my pickup location. What should I do?

Don't worry! As soon as your payment is confirmed, your assigned guide will reach out to you directly. You can simply arrange the new pickup point with your guide. Alternatively, you can email us at purpleshoespt@gmail.com for assistance.

Can I change the number of people in my group?

Yes, adjustments are possible!

  • Decreasing people: You can process a partial cancellation for the members who cannot attend. Please email us at purpleshoespt@gmail.com
  • Increasing people: Please email us at purpleshoespt@gmail.com first. We need to check availability, and if space is available, you can make an additional payment for the extra members.
